Move-In Information
Riverwalk Real Estate extends a warm welcome to our community and expresses gratitude for selecting us as your new home. As you prepare for your move, here are some helpful reminders. Your new home address will be provided upon leasing and will vary based on the building's location.

Renters Insurance
At Riverwalk Real Estate, all residents are required to maintain $100,000 in liability insurance coverage. Proof of insurance must be provided before move-in day. Failure to provide valid proof of the required liability insurance on move-in day will result in the inability to sign a lease or receive keys. While additional personal coverage can be acquired, it is not mandatory.
