Pet Policy

Note: Each property owner is allowed to set their pet policy. Though most Riverwalk Real Estate properties allow pets, please see the property listing to determine if the home you’re interested in allows pets.

Pet owners must provide a current petscreening.com profile and be approved by the landlord prior to having a pet in the rental property or on the Premises. I understand that Landlord and/or Agent is under no obligation to approved my pet for occupancy.

The resident must pay a one-time non-refundable pet privilege fee in the amount of $300.00. In addition to the monthly rent, the resident must pay a monthly pet rent of $30.00/month for one pet. Current vaccination records & veterinary records showing the breed of the animal are required before the animal is permitted to be on property.

Permissible Pets: Total number not to exceed One (1) Pet, must be 2 years or older, house 25 lbs when fully grown. No puppies are allowed.

Restricted Pets:

• Dogs (with restrictions)

  Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinchers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Siberian Huskies, Akitas, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Wolf hybrids and Great Danes are not permitted to occupy or visit the rental units. Similarly, any animal with a bite history, aggressive nature or similar offense will be restricted as well. Mixes of these breeds will also NOT be accepted.

• Cats, Birds and Small caged animals

  Note: Rabbits, Ferrets, Lizards, Iguanas, Snakes & Reptiles of any kind, are NOT permitted to occupy or visit a Rental Property or The Premises.
